Bring Teddy Tumblebus to Your Daycare or School!
We would love to bring our exciting program to your daycare or school. In September 2008 we will begin weekly
classes, but we are still looking for new schools to add to our schedule. If you are interested, please contact
us now while space is still available.
How to Get Started
Contact us to discuss different options for our weekly classes. We can design a program to meet the needs of your
school. Items that help us customize a program just for you include:
1. How many children attend your school?
2. What are the ages of the children who would participate in the Teddy Tumblebus program?
3. What is the best time of day to schedule a 30 minute class/classes?

Your School's Rewards
With Teddy Tumblebus, your school will have a wonderful new program to offer your families and enhance your existing
curriculum. We operate completely independently from your facility, so no cost, overhead, or teachers' time is
required.
Everything needed for our weekly classes is located on our tumblebus.
If You Are a Parent…
Parents can contact Teddy Tumblebus or your childcare facility to find out when classes are scheduled at your school
or daycare. If Teddy Tumblebus does not currently offer classes at your child's school, please let us know and
we will do our best to start a weekly class!
Registration:
When you enroll your child, you will receive a welcome packet. This will include a calendar, tuition policy, and
other important information about Teddy Tumblebus.
Tuition:
- Monthly payment is $44 ($11 per week)
- All payments are due by the first class of the month.
- Drop payment at your child's daycare, mail payment to us (checks made payable
to Teddy Tumblebus LLC), or pay by credit card
- Note: there will be a $25 fee for returned checks
Class Information:
- We offer two credits annually for classes missed due to illness or vacation,
if we are notified at the office prior to your child's class. Please do not rely on, or ask, your daycare staff
to inform us of any absences. This will remain the parents' responsibility.
- You may withdraw your child from the program at any time, and you will not be
charged for any additional classes provided you notify our office prior to withdrawal.
- Tuition is paid monthly or yearly (5% discount plus free gift for yearly tuition
paid in full). Some months have five weeks, others only three; however, to simplify our rates, we have kept the
monthly tuition the same throughout the year. With this type of billing we do not charge extra when there are
five classes in one month, just as we do not issue credits when there is no class due to a holiday. Upon enrollment,
you will receive a calendar with the Teddy Tumblebus schedule, and we will do our best to notify you if there are
any changes to that schedule.
- Make-up classes will be scheduled only if Teddy Tumblebus is unable to attend
classes due to inclement weather, mechanical problems, or other unforeseeable reason beyond our control. If we
are unable to reschedule a class, a credit for the missed class will be issued to your account.
